NFL Now, the League’s next-generation video service, today released consumer trends and overall consumption for Week 12 of the NFL season (November 18 – 24). Since launching in August, fans have visited NFL Now from over 17 million devices, ranging from computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices.
NFL Now provides fans access to the largest digital library of NFL video anywhere accessible through apps and browsers across an array of Internet-connected devices. Offered for free with a premium tier, NFL Now allows fans to customize their own video stream of short-form videos and highlights from NFL Media and all 32 NFL clubs.

On NFL Now subscribers can access the app from their desktop, mobile device, tablet, or connected device. In Week 12, 55 percent of the visitors used NFL Now on a mobile device while 32 percent used a desktop.

Exactly 14 years ago Sunday, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady made his NFL debut against the Detroit Lions when he came in to replace an injured Drew Bledsoe. This Sunday, he threw for 349 yards and two touchdowns in a victory to move the Patriots to 9-2 and move himself into the top spot on NFL Now’s most followed player list. Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt has been doing it all this year, both defensively and offensively. Fans are taking notice and he has moved up four spots to enter into the top ten most followed players on NFL Now for Week 12.

None of the top five most followed teams on NFL Now for Week 12 lost: the New England Patriots, the Green Bay Packers, the Dallas Cowboys, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Most Watched Team
Following a closely contested divisional game Sunday Night, both the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants moved into the top five most watched teams in Week 12. The New England Patriots enjoyed another big win over another top ranked team and became the most watched team on NFL Now.
