Baltimore Ravens’ upgrade to HD stadium video boards “a dramatic improvement for fans”

The Baltimore Ravens have upgraded to high definition the end zone video boards at M&T Bank Stadium, according to a recent Baltimore Sun report. The new HD screens, measuring 100 feet by 24 feet, will debut at the NCAA Lacrosse Championships on Memorial Day Weekend.

“We’re trying to keep adding these improvements,” said Ravens president Dick Cass.  “Going high-def will be a big improvement for fans.”

“It’s going to be [a] dramatic improvement for fans when they see the difference from previous years to 2010,” added Roy Sommerhof, the team’s vice president of stadium operations.
